WinStar World Casino will be giving away free Regular Session Paper Packs and/or Regular Session Electronic Bingo Game Pack Cards on Sunday, November 4, 2012, during the “Buy One Get One Free” promotion.
Patrons must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo ID and must be a member of WinStar Club Passport with complete and accurate information to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during this promotional activity: employees of WinStar World Casino; employee of the Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies, regulations or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Nation’s gaming facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
On Sunday, October 7, 2012, Sunday, October 21, 2012, and Sunday, November 4, 2012, Patrons who are member of WinStar Club Passport will be eligible for a free Regular Session Paper Packs and/or Electronic Bingo Game cards.
The “Buy One Get One Free” Regular Session Bingo Game Pack will play as follows:
a.) To be eligible Patrons must show their WinStar Club Passport card at the time of purchase.
b.) Upon showing their WinStar Club Passport card with any Regular Session Bingo Game Pack purchase, Patrons will receive one (1) Regular Session Bingo Game pack of equal value free.

Any Patron that Bingos must have their signed Bingo receipt matching their WinStar Club Passport card and their valid photo ID to be declared a winner.
All participating Patrons must abide by the posted Bingo house rules and WinStar World Casino house rules.
Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/or a 1099 tax form, when applicable, provided by the Chickasaw Nation.
Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for Nation to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotion uses without compensation. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form.
Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by Nation in a manner deemed by Nation to be the fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding on all participants. In addition, Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time. Upon any prize dispute resulting from game play, participants may file a Prize Claim with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the tournament and a forfeiture of any prizes.
Participation in this promotion and/or tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each Patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nation, its regulatory bodies and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
