Every Wednesday WinStar World Casino hosts the Senior Day Electronic Game Tournaments. Those with a WinStar World Casino Club Passport Card are eligible for drawings for a seat to participate in Electronic Game Tournaments.
Patrons receive one (1) entry for every three (3) points earned on their WinStar Club Passport Card between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm.
Patrons who are new card sign-ups will receive one (1) entry.
OFFICIAL RULES
WinStar World Casino is giving away up to $6,000 in cash during the Senior Day Night Electronic Game Tournaments to be held every Wednesday.
Patrons must be 55 years or older with a valid photo ID and must be a WinStar Club Passport Card holder, with complete and accurate account information, to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during this promotional activity: employees of WinStar World Casino; employee of the Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies, regulations or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Nation’s gaming facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
Every Wednesday all Patrons who are WinStar Club Passport Card holders will be eligible for drawings for a seat to participate in Electronic Game Tournaments every Wednesday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Patrons are able to earn entries in the following two (2) ways:
a) Patrons must register with their WinStar Club Passport Card at any Player’s Desk.
b) Patrons will receive one (1) entry for every three (3) points earned on their WinStar Club Passport Card between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm.
c) Patrons who are new card sign-ups will receive one (1) entry.
d) Patrons in possession of a valid, applicable direct offer distributed in association with this promotion are eligible to redeem these offers for additional entries.
e) Patrons will have 5 minutes to respond or another Patron will be drawn.
During the Senior Day EG Tournaments, drawing winners will receive a seat to participate in one (1) of three (3) Electronic Game Tournaments. Drawings will be held at approximately 9:00 am for the 10:00 am Senior Day EG Tournament, 11:00 am for the 12:00 pm Senior Day EG Tournament, and 1:00 pm for the 2:00 pm Senior Day EG Tournament.
a) Patrons must be actively playing an electronic gaming machine with their WinStar Club Passport Card at the time of each drawing to be eligible to win.
b) Patrons are responsible for activating their entries by properly inserting their WinStar Club Passport Card into any electronic gaming device and removing their WinStar Club Passport Card within one (1) hour of each drawing time. Patrons must activate their entries prior to being eligible to win.
c) Partial Entries will not carry over
d) Entries valid for next scheduled drawing only.
e) Patrons will be limited to participate in one Senior Day Night EG (1) tournament per day.
f) WinStar World Casino’s casino management system will be the sole determinant of each winner.
Tournaments will begin at approximately 10:00 am, 12:00 pm and 2:00pm. Fifteen (15) Patrons will compete in a maximum of one (1) Round per tournament. Each Round will run for two (2) minutes.
Winners will be determined based on the highest points accumulated during the two (2) minute Round.
If multiple Patrons are tied then those Patrons will compete in a one (1) minute "Sudden Death" round on an Electronic Game Tournament Machine. The winning Patron would be the winning place holder for the tied position.
If for any reason, a game malfunctions during the round, that round will be stopped immediately and replayed.
Cash prizes will be awarded for all fifteen (15) Patrons on the highest points earned (1st place) through least points earned (15th place).

All prize amounts are based on full participation.
Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/or a 1099 tax form, when applicable, provided by the Chickasaw Nation.
Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for Nation to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form.
Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by Nation in a manner deemed by Nation to be the fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding on all Patrons. In addition, Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice. Upon any prize dispute resulting from game play, participants may file a Prize Claim with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the tournament and a forfeiture of any prizes.
Participation in this promotion and/or tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each Patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nation, its regulatory bodies and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
